The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are nice with comfy and large beds. My friend wasn't very happy with our original room and they switched us to another one right away. Staff is nice and helpful, breakfast is very good, but the best part is probably the 60s-styled elevator. We absolutely loved it. Overall, we had a very good stay!

Room was affordable, walking distance to the train station and the sketchy part of town. Highlight was the old-timey elevator, which was always a bit of an adventure. Coming back late are night you need to enter via the sister hotel on the left. It was a good stay and staff was polite throughout!

When we got there the receptionist said she is giving us a free upgrade to stay at their sister hotel next door. Because I read some reviews here that said they were sent to an annex and that annex was not a nice hotel I thought this is exactly what was happening to us! But when we went to the hotel next door it was definitely 💯 a five star hotel and was definitely an upgrade!!! It is so beautiful! Thank you so much for the wonderful upgrade! We had the best stay! ❤️🙏

Beautiful old style hotel. However, a minus for me was the bed (which was very hard in my opinion) and the loudness (I could hear everything that happened on the hallway). I did not sleep well.

Really enjoyed our stay, you can even use some amenities from the Savoie hotel next door like the whirlpool on the rooftop. The breakfast is okay, restaurants are good.

Stay here for 6 nights, want to leave asap. The aircon is quite noise like a tractor is working, the bathroom is supper small, stuffs may fall if your motion is a bit big. The bed is hard and the quilt is filthy. The only good thing I can think is the location, it’s quite close to the railway station.

The entire hotel wifi was down for more than a full day so pretty frustrating and trying to get a portable wifi router to work so we could just do daily basic things. Location is not the most convenient as it’s a 15-20min walk to the main square and most shopping streets. The rooms are pretty large but lack amenities as they have to be requested. Reception is in general helpful and there is access to a gym.
